Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing period according to the item.
We will inspect each and every one of the items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
We do not manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. You may not receive your order after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete exchange or refund.
The item cannot be in use and must be in the original packaging. It must also still be in its original packaging.
